Who WE ARE?
Small team of executives who has held leading positions in major Russian companies and banks as well as Russian subsidiaries of international majors since mid–90s. Over time we have been crystallizing the Value Enhancement concept as product and market offering and finally have established Value Enhancement Bureau in 2015.
What We DO?
We join company’s governing and management bodies, make thorough analysis, suggest Value Enhancement Program as combination of particular projects, and manage these projects.
We believe that the value is the ultimate criterion of any business’ success. Value growth over time indicates sustainable success of the company’s business model and the way it is managed.
What is VALUE ENHANCEMENT?
We define it as the process of targeted influencing the company value’s fundamental constituents such as strategic plan, market share, growth rates, operational efficiency, financial health and ability to meet external and internal challenges resulting in growth of the company’s value.
We contribute to our partners’ prosperity by enhancing their business assets’ value.

We possess significant practical experience of managing big companies and challenging projects and world class professional and academic knowledge that we constantly improve.
As there are no two alike companies, there are no universal approaches how to enhance value of any company. In any particular case we act based upon thorough analysis and careful modeling and not by ‘copy–paste’ competitor’s successful strategies or industries best practices.
We are not limited by bureaucratic procedures, geographic coverage, language barriers and lack of resources. We quickly adapt to changing environment.
